So my mom & pop got me "Writing Young Adult Fiction for Dummies" for my birthday. I'm thankful for it of course, and I'm sure it will have useful pointers that could be applied to fiction-writing in general. But I got to admit, most of the fiction I read isn't YA. And that was probably true even when I was a teenager. Do any of you guys know what the YA fiction scene is like now?
